Parent Volunteers
As parents, we are somewhat caught in uncertain territory when it comes to volunteering in high school. There is a perception that there are little to no opportunities to help out. Nothing could be further from the truth.
We work with department chairs, club sponsors and school administrators to identify the areas or events that require volunteers and match parents/guardians based on their area of interest or time availability.

We need your help with Oswego East upcoming activities and events! Student opportunities award community service hours! Go to our link to see all the opportunities for both parents & students and please get involved at OEHS! Please note – activities that students can sign up should say “student” in the title of the activity.
Class Color Shirt Sales: Help sell & distribute class color shirts during lunches between Tuesday, September 13-Friday, September 16. Sign up for any days available during those days. Adult Sign up.
After School Concessions: We need help on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursdays after school selling concessions to students and staff that are staying after for clubs, activities, sports and tutoring. Student volunteers will earn community service hours! Separate sign up for students vs adults. Approx 2:30-3:30 PM
Dick’s Mini Donut Sales at Football Games: Help Support OE Care Closet program at and work with students selling mini donuts at FB games. Adult sign up only through this link. 2 shifts available each home game. (Sept. 7, October 5 & 12)
4.0 Breakfast Reception: Date TBD
STAFF APPRECIATION DAYS: Check our sign up for various dates throughout the school year where we help with staff appreciation. Some events are before, during or after school. Volunteer or donation of goods are available in the sign up.
TEACHER WISH LISTS: Sign up to donate items or help put items together for staff. Monetary donations are also accepted to help OE Wolf Parents purchase needed items to enhance teacher classrooms and projects.
